Refunds and Exchanges
Once your order is confirmed, you cannot cancel your order and request for a refund. Please understand that our products are perishable. When the orders come in, we start preparing your items right away.
If the order is completed incorrectly, we can exchange the items and correct any mistakes for you. If the items you received are not consistent with the order, give us a call right away. The request for the exchange must be made within 30 min from the time of pickup or delivery. If the order was a pickup, please bring the incorrect item to the store for an exchange. If the order was a delivery, our driver will return to the original delivery address to complete the exchange. To complete the exchange, the items must be untouched and unconsumed.
We reserve the right to decline any exchanges depending on the circumstances.
